The A118s is a single 18” bass reflex sub-bass loudspeaker. Designed for use in nightclubs, mobile DJ events, live events, houses of worship, auditoriums etc. It employs a high power long-excursion 18” driver capable of delivering exceptionally high levels of bass and sub-bass frequencies.
This bass enclosure is compact, tonally accurate and can be used in singles, pairs, stacked or flown using the accessories provided. By virtue of its size and geometry, when stacked, it tends to radiate more energy forward than behind thus steering sound where it is needed. Stacks of the same can bring unprecedented amounts of energy to the fore.
Recommended configurations are 1 or 2 subs for every A112, A115 or the A215 midtop.
Using extended DSP algorithms this sub can be configured as the cardioid pattern, bringing a new level of control in live venues.
